Jiya Rughwani

Jiya Rughwani is currently an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley, focusing on the healthcare sector, after previously holding the same role at the firm in 2022. As a Career Fellow at Tufts University, Jiya also serves in multiple positions within the Tufts Consulting Collective, including Director of Marketing and Project Manager, and is an Analyst in the Tufts Investment Banking Club. Additional experiences include roles as Logistics and Non-mentor Coordinator and Site Leader at Strong Women, Strong Girls, and contributions to the Marketing and Publicity Team at TEDxTufts. A former Business Development Intern at The New York Stem Cell Foundation Research Institute, Jiya holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Finance from Tufts University, with earlier education completed at Dubai International Academy through the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
