Juan Zapata

Juan Zapata, CISA, currently serves as the Director of Cyber Tech Info Security Risk Management at Morgan Stanley since October 2020. Previously, Juan held roles at E*TRADE as Information Security Compliance Manager and Principal of Information Security Assurance from August 2018 to October 2020. Between November 2015 and July 2018, Juan worked at InComm as IT Audit Manager and Senior IT Auditor, focusing on the evaluation of internal control design and audit engagements. Prior experience includes serving as Senior IT Auditor at BBVA Compass from February 2013 to November 2015, overseeing audit programs and reporting. Juan started a career in technology at Infinity Insurance as Help Desk Supervisor from February 2006 to February 2013 and had earlier experience as a Network Analyst at Equant from January 2000 to June 2005. Juan holds an MBA in Information Systems Management and a BBA in Finance, both from Strayer University.
