Kiran Mishra

Kiran Mishra is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and human resources, currently serving as Director of Compensation and Analytics at Morgan Stanley since September 2022, following a brief tenure as Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a role as Compensation Analyst at Inmar Intelligence and Human Resources Specialist at Aker Solutions from January 2018 to November 2021. Kiran holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Analytics and Technology from New York University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from MITSOM | MIT School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce.
