Mallory Kropf currently serves as Team Lead for Talent Intelligence Insights at both Morgan Stanley and AMS since January 2025. Prior experience includes a diverse range of roles at Hotspex, encompassing Market Research Insights Manager, Senior Research Analyst, Research Analyst, and Research Intern from May 2021 to January 2025. Mallory Kropf holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ryerson University and a degree in Research Analyst (RAPP) from Georgian College.
