Rajat Mathur

Rajat Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as a Master Instructor at Masters' Union since February 2019, where instruction focuses on People Decisions for postgraduate and executive education programs. Prior to this, Rajat has held significant leadership roles at Morgan Stanley since February 2008, including Managing Director and HR Head for India and Asia, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and diversity initiatives.
