Rob Hampton

Rob Hampton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley since April 2007, currently serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Development. In this capacity, Rob co-leads a national team of 28 HR professionals, providing comprehensive support to the Global Wealth Management Field organization. Previous positions at Morgan Stanley include Vice President and Director-Vice President, focusing on HR partnerships and talent acquisition across multiple regions. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Rob worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at New Century and held multiple HR positions at Avery Dennison Corporation, including HR Manager for the Specialty Tape and Reflective Materials Division. Rob holds a Master's degree in Labor Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy, both from Michigan State University, with additional educational experience at the University of Cambridge.
