Robert H. Herz

Mr. Herz has been a director since July 2012. He served as Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board from 2002 to 2010 and was previously a member of the International Accounting Standards Board . He is currently President of Robert H. Herz LLC, providing consulting services on financial reporting matters, and is a director of the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), Workiva Inc., Paxos Trust Company and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. In addition, Mr. Herz is a member of the Independent Investment Committee of United Nations Office for Project Services. Mr. Herz served as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1985 until 2002. He currently serves on the advisory boards of AccountAbility and Lukka, Inc. He also is an executive-in-residence at the Columbia University Business School, and trustee emeritus of the Kessler Foundation. Mr. Herz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, England, and is both a U.S. CPA and an English Chartered Accountant.
