Stephanie Giron

Stephanie Giron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and Payroll operations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Global Payroll at Morgan Stanley, Stephanie previously held key leadership roles at JLL, including Global Head of Payroll and Sr. Director of Payroll Strategy, where responsibilities included overseeing HR services and directing payroll strategy across multiple regions. Stephanie also served as Vice President of HR and Payroll Operations at Nielsen, where significant achievements included leading the separation of payroll functions during a corporate split and establishing a global Payroll community. Prior experience includes senior positions at HSBC, where leadership spanned regional HR operations across North America, and earlier roles focused on operational excellence in payroll delivery. Stephanie holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from DePaul University.
