Sudhanshu Upadhyay

Sudhanshu Upadhyay, MBA, currently serves as a Technology Associate (Team Lead) at Morgan Stanley since January 2020, overseeing the Foreign Exchange reliability and production engineering team in Montreal, supporting various FX trading applications. Prior to this role, Sudhanshu worked at the University of Manitoba, initially as an Audio Visual Technician and later as a Research Assistant, where responsibilities included managing AV equipment for live events and data consolidation for economic research. From November 2014 to July 2017, Sudhanshu was a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, gaining expertise in international currency and metals trading through the development of an online trading application. Earlier internships included work at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, focusing on logical and numeric controllers, and at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd, leading a team on a data transmission project. Sudhanshu holds an MBA in Marketing, Leadership, and Organizations from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Ghasidas University.
