Susanta Pradhan

Susanta Pradhan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and big data. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Morgan Stanley since June 2025, Susanta has held leadership roles at prominent financial institutions, including Vice President at BNY Mellon and Senior Consultant at Wells Fargo. Prior experience includes a Big Data Architect position at Bank of America and roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Project Manager and Senior Associate in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Susanta began a career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Technology Lead, focusing on consulting in Business Intelligence. Susanta holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, obtained in 2004.
