Utkarsh Sharma

Utkarsh Sharma is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, with responsibilities that include managing Global Unconstrained, Global Aggregate, and Global Sovereign fixed income strategies since February 2014. In this role, Utkarsh oversees significant mutual funds, including the Morgan Stanley Global Fixed Income Opportunities Mutual Fund and the Global Bond Mutual Fund. Prior to this position, Utkarsh served as an Associate at BlackRock from January 2011 to February 2014, and completed a Summer Internship there in 2010. Utkarsh also has experience as a Summer Intern in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch in 2008 and as a Campus Ambassador for Sun Microsystems in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
