Christine Licata-Hoang, Ph.D., currently serves as a Grant & Project Manager at Morgan State University, focusing on post-award grant administration and research activities. Additionally, Christine functions as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Maryland Global Campus and has held various roles at other institutions, including Data Research Analyst at the National Student Clearinghouse. With a comprehensive academic background, including a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Maryland, a Master of Education from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from The Ohio State University, Christine has extensive experience in student affairs, strategic programming, and leadership development within university contexts.
