Franzuha Byrd

Franzuha Byrd serves as MorganFranklin’s internal CIO and leads the external CIO advisory services practice with a focus on the technology aspects of private equity transactions.

As an accomplished IT executive with more than 21 years of leadership experience, Franzuha specializes in leading large-scale, complex technology engagements and managing transaction-based M&A activities, ranging from due diligence through stand up and integration. He has a deep expertise in enterprise IT systems, IT Infrastructure, and a proven track record of growing and leading organizations through periods of significant change. Franzuha successfully led full life cycle implementations of national and global enterprise technology systems and infrastructures in a wide variety of client environments across multiple industry segments.

He earned his M.S. in information technology from George Mason University and his MBA from University of Phoenix. Franzuha currently maintains the CISSP and ITiLv3 certifications.
