Jim Hartung

Jim Hartung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, entrepreneurship, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Morgen since October 2025, Jim previously led acquisition and monetisation initiatives as Growth Marketing Lead at Wooclap from January 2024 to October 2025. Co-founding EOLE Management & Consulting in June 2024, Jim provided strategic advice to purpose-driven entrepreneurs, while simultaneously co-founding Flair, an AI meeting assistant, where significant funding and product launches occurred. Early experience includes a role as Business Analyst at Rise, contributing to innovative banking solutions for children. Jim holds a Master's degree in International Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, complemented by a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southampton.
