Paulo Branco, FMA®, serves as the Operations Manager at Morguard for Pine Centre Mall in Prince George, BC, overseeing a 500,000+ sqft indoor shopping center since April 2015. Paulo previously held the position of General Manager at the same location and worked as Facilities Manager at D-Wave Systems Inc., a pioneer in quantum computing. At BC Biomedical Laboratories Ltd., Paulo advanced from Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, managing maintenance across a 150,000 sqft property, to ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. Experience also includes Chief Plant Engineer and Shift Plant Engineer roles at Andrew Peller Limited, where Paulo led operations and compliance in a food processing plant, as well as serving as Plant Services Power Engineer at Northern Health Authority. Educational qualifications include a Facilities Management Administrator Certificate from BOMI International, a Facilities Management Certificate, and a 4th Class Power Engineering Diploma from the College of New Caledonia, along with a CrossFit Trainer certification.
