Loriel Ducoy

Loriel Ducoy is an experienced property accountant currently employed at Morguard since July 2016, responsible for the full cycle accounting of properties. Previous roles include serving as an AR Accountant, where monitoring tenant accounts and collection activities were key responsibilities, and as a Revenue and Fixed Asset Accountant at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust, where lease setups and financial reporting were primary tasks.
