Madeleine Coulter

Madeleine (Maddy) Coulter, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Controller for Corporate Accounting, MIL & Client Services at Morguard since December 2020, having also held roles as Divisional Controller and Accounting Manager within the same department. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Grant Thornton LLP (Canada) from January 2013 to December 2020, where Madeleine supported and motivated audit teams, focusing on real estate, asset management, and manufacturing sectors. Madeleine's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Accountant and Accountant at Grant Thornton, as well as a ByLaw and Licensing Summer Student with the Town of Oakville. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Combinatorics and Optimization, with a minor from the University of Waterloo.
