It is also a real estate investment advisors and a management company. The Company and its subsidiaries, including Morguard Residential REIT and Morguard REIT, own a portfolio of over 175 multi-unit residential, retail, office, industrial and hotel properties located in Canada and the United States. The Company's multi-suite residential portfolio consists of over 20 Canadian properties and over 30 United States properties. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Morguard Investments Limited, provides real estate management services to Canadian institutional investors. The Company's services, include acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing, performance measurement, as well as asset and property management.
