Christine Cote

Christine Cote has over a decade of experience in the real estate development industry. Christine started their career at SmartCentres REIT in 2010 as a Senior Land Development Manager. Christine later became the Director of Development in 2014. In 2018, Christine joined SmartCentres as the Vice President of Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Development at Morguard.

Christine Cote attended the University of Guelph from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Real Estate Management.
