Brigid Geoffrion Scannell

Brigid works as a manager of people, equipment, and technology in the Manufacturing department. She oversees the process transfer and execution from bench scale to Mori’s pilot plant.

She has over 5 years of experience in the commercial food industry in managerial roles ranging from food supplier interactions to customer interfacing.

Brigid holds a BS from Merrimack College in Biochemistry.
