Crista Arias

Crista Arias has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Crista began their career as an Interactive and Traditional Media Intern at GSD&M in 2009. In 2011, they worked as a Wish Granter at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas. Later that year, they joined the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Correspondent, where they handled various responsibilities, such as managing a legislative portfolio, conducting research, and translating communications with Spanish-speaking constituents.

In 2013, Crista moved to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) and held multiple positions within the organization. Crista started as a College Programs Specialist, then progressed to Associate Manager and Manager of College Programs. Crista'sfinal role at CHCI was Manager of Recruitment Strategy.

In 2018, Crista joined Braven as a Recruitment and Workforce Strategy Program Manager, where they contributed to recruitment and workforce strategy initiatives. Most recently, they have been working at Morning Consult since 2020, initially as a Research Manager of Client Services and currently as a Senior Project & Program Manager for Client Services.

Throughout their career, Crista has demonstrated their ability to take on different responsibilities and excel in project management, research, recruitment, and program implementation.

Crista Arias began their education in 2006 at Loyola University Chicago, where they studied ADV/MKT for one year. In 2007, they transferred to The University of Texas at Austin and pursued a double major, earning a B.S. in Advertising and a B.A. in Spanish. During their time at UT Austin, Crista focused on Advertising, Marketing, Spanish, and Hispanic Studies. In 2010, they briefly attended Universidad de Cantabria, where they continued their studies in Spanish.
