Mitchell Paur

Mitchell Paur has a diverse work experience in the real estate and senior living industry. Mitchell began their career in 2012 with Snyder Langston, where they served as a Marketing Intern and later as a Project Engineer Intern. In 2014, Paur joined Majestic Realty Co. as a Financial Analyst before moving to MBK Senior Living in 2015, where they worked as a Financial Analyst. Paur then joined MorningStar Senior Living in 2016 and held various roles, starting as a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate. Mitchell progressed through the ranks and served as a Senior Associate in Development & Acquisitions in 2019, then as Director of Development & Acquisitions from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Paur holds the position of Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at MorningStar Senior Living, a role they have held since January 2023.
