Caitlin Riley

Caitlin Riley, M.Ed., is a dedicated education and recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, admissions counseling, and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Morningstar, Caitlin supports recruitment efforts and facilitates effective communication between hiring managers and candidates. Previously, as Admissions Counselor and Coordinator of Alumni Relations at DePaul College Prep, Caitlin organized large-scale recruitment events, analyzed data trends, and grew the school's community through social media engagement. With a robust background in teaching and curriculum development, Caitlin has held positions such as Social Studies Department Chair at Bishop Garriga Middle Preparatory School and Resident Assistant at the University of Notre Dame. Caitlin holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts, both from the University of Notre Dame, showcasing a strong academic foundation in education and classical studies.
