Imran Sheikh

Imran Sheikh has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Imran has been working at Morningstar since 2019, where they started as a Senior Software Engineer and quickly progressed to become a Principal Software Engineer. Before that, they worked at Alkymia Tech as a Lead Web Developer, where they were responsible for leading the webview vertical inside the app for both iOS and Android platforms. Prior to that, Imran worked at PRDXN as a Tech Lead, Senior Web Developer, and Junior Web Developer, where they had various responsibilities such as building efficient teams, delivering quality products, and writing industry-standard code. Imran started their career at HCL Infosystems Ltd as an OJT (on the job trainee). Imran has had achievements throughout their career, including receiving recognition for reducing errors in a project and being awarded Most Valuable Player of the month for their contributions.

Imran Sheikh completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in IT (PGDIT) with a specialization in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, from 2011 to 2012. Imran has also acquired various certifications, including those in cybersecurity awareness, programming foundations, web APIs development, data structures and algorithms, and project management.
