Ionut Salcianu

Ionut Salcianu has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager, People & Culture, at Morningstar since September 2020. Prior roles at Morningstar include Operations Lead and Operations Specialist in the same department. Prior to this, Ionut worked as an HR Assistant at Schoenherr Attorneys at Law from March 2017 to September 2020 and gained valuable experience as a Fundraising Recruiter & Trainer and Fundraiser/Team Leader at UNICEF from April 2014 to March 2017. Ionut holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University, achieved between January 2018 and July 2023, and completed Bachelor studies in Philosophy at the University of Bucharest from 2012 to 2015.
