Jeffrey Schumacher

Jeffrey Schumacher, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in manager research and equity strategies. Currently serving as Director of Manager Research for EMEA at Morningstar since June 2011, Schumacher has led the Amsterdam-based team since 2017, expanding managerial responsibilities across Europe and Asia. Prior roles include Associate Director of Manager Research for Benelux and Senior Fund Analyst at SNS Securities, where Schumacher managed relationships with independent financial advisors and oversaw their licensing processes. Earlier experience includes working as an Equity/Commodity Analyst for Theodoor Gilissen Bankiers, focusing on fundamental analysis in the agricultural and mining sectors. Schumacher holds a Master's degree in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Services Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
