Kevin Seifert has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Kevin began their career at Motorola as a Software Engineer and Systems Analyst and worked there for seven years. Kevin then joined Metropolis Board as a Board Member for a two-year period. Kevin returned to Motorola, where they held roles in Business Development and Senior Management in Learning Services. In 2011, they joined Nokia as the Global Head of Learning Operations, responsible for delivering advanced technical training to employees and customers. Kevin later became the Head of Employee Learning and Development, leading the teams responsible for upskilling Nokia's 110,000 global employees. Currently, they are the Global Head of Learning and Development at Morningstar, focused on growing employee knowledge and skills at scale during a high-growth phase.
Kevin Seifert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/MIS from Purdue University. Kevin also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various courses from LinkedIn, covering a range of topics such as inclusive leadership, diversity and inclusion, instructional design, machine learning, and communication in culturally sensitive issues.
