Nancy E. Michniewicz

Nancy E. Michniewicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at Morningstar since December 2013. Previously, Nancy held significant roles, including Director of Software Quality Engineering at LexisNexis, where leadership extended over multiple locations and product lines, and Director of Quality Assurance at both Interface Software and Apropos Technology, where quality assurance teams were established and managed. With a solid foundation in software engineering from Encore Computer Corporation, Nancy has cultivated a robust skill set in functional, automation, security, and performance testing across various organizations since beginning a career in the early 1990s. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology.
