Omar Arreola has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Omar started their career as a Corps Member/Behavior Coordinator at City Year, where they provided in-classroom tutoring and focused on behavior, leadership development, and socio-emotional learning. After that, they joined Teach for America as an ELA/Mathematics Teacher, where they taught and helped students achieve significant academic growth.
Following that, Omar worked at The Noble Network of Charter Schools, where they held multiple roles, including 9th-11th Grade Mathematics Teacher, Summer Program Coordinator, Mathematics Department Leader, and Recruitment/Campus Coordinator. In these roles, Omar not only taught mathematics but also managed budgets, coordinated summer programs, facilitated analysis to improve course sequences, and developed recruitment strategies.
Most recently, Omar has been working at Morningstar as a Customer Success Team Lead, responsible for onboarding and training team members, providing support, improving processes, and acting as a subject matter expert. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager, where they educated clients about software, identified opportunities within existing accounts, and promoted product usage.

Omar Arreola attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2006 to 2011, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. In 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching degree in Elementary Education at Dominican University. Prior to that, they obtained their high school diploma from Lane Tech College Preparatory High School, where the field of study is not specified. Additionally, Omar has received several certifications including Cybersecurity Awareness: Social Engineering from LinkedIn, Customer Success Leadership Certification from Sales Assembly, Business Spanish Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Customer Success Certification from Sales Assembly, as well as various endorsements and licenses related to teaching.
