Samuel Castano

Samuel Castano has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT field. Samuel is currently the Head of Global IT Employee Experience at Morningstar, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at United Airlines from July 2017 to December 2021 as the Director of Digital End User Services, Strategy & Process Optimization. Before that, they held multiple positions at Grainger starting in February 1999, including Director of Digital Portfolio for Grainger Latin America, Sr. BIM LATAM - Director of IT for Grainger Colombia, and various business systems analyst and project management roles.
