Tsegay Bein is an accomplished professional in asset management and civil engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Team Leader of Asset Management at Mornington Peninsula Shire since August 2023, Tsegay previously held significant roles at City of Casey, including Lead Project Management Office and Senior Assets Engineer, from October 2015 to September 2023.
