Hazar Azhari

Hazar Azhari is a Co-Founder of Baobab Sudanese Food & Restaurant in Cairo since August 2023, specializing in traditional Sudanese dishes. Previous experience includes roles as an Assistant Project Manager at New Tech Software - NTS, Executive Administrator at the Sudanese American Friendship Association, and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Ocean Media Company. Hazar has also served as a Coordinator and Trainee at Morouj Commodities Ltd, a planner and trainer in event management, and held roles as a Trainee Project Coordinator and Electronic Engineer at ZEC. Hazar's early career featured volunteer work with the Arab Gulf Committee. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics from Sudan University of Science and Technology, completed in 2016.
