Dorel D. Burcea has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and management. Most recently, they served as the CIO & Co-Founder of Morpheus Labs, where they led the overall strategy and development of the company's blockchain platform. Prior to that, they worked as an ICT Manager and Senior ICT Manager at UniCredit Group, where they were responsible for managing the group's information and communication technology. Dorel D. also held the position of Regional IT Manager at HypoVereinsbank - SINGAPORE, where they oversaw the foreign branch management for the Asia Pacific region. Earlier in their career, they served as an IT Manager at the National Commercial Bank & Central Bank - LIBYA, where they managed the IT infrastructure for foreign branches. Dorel D. Burcea's work experience also includes a role as an IT Infrastructure Manager at Unicredit Global Information Services.

Dorel D. Burcea pursued their higher education by first enrolling at the University of Bucharest from 1990 to 1995. During this period, they completed a Bachelor of Physics (BPhys) degree with a focus on Quantum Physics and Electronics.

After obtaining their undergraduate degree, Dorel D. Burcea decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of business. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Liverpool and embarked on a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Dorel D. dedicated three years to this program, completing it in 2015 with a specialization in International Business.
