Yoav Halperin

Yoav Halperin has over 15 years of work experience in program and project management, technical project program management, delivery and integration group management, senior operations engineering, system integration team leadership, and system integration engineering.

In 2021, Halperin began working as a Senior Program Manager at Morphisec and a Program Manager at Xsight Labs LTD. At Xsight Labs LTD, Halperin was responsible for building project development timelines, tracking and monitoring plan progress, scope, timeline, and budget.

From 2015 to 2021, Halperin was employed at Amdocs in various roles. As a Program Manager, Halperin was responsible for building development and release plans, coordinating and synchronizing different teams, and tracking and monitoring plan progress, timeline, budget, and commitments. As a Technical Project Program Manager, Halperin managed the execution of the delivery of projects to customers, coordinated and synchronized between all teams, and led technical solutions, problem-solving, and integrations with other products. As a Delivery and Integration Group Manager, Halperin led the PS Integration and Infrastructure domains, managed a team of integration and infrastructure engineers, maintained and supported three production data-centers, had metrix responsibility for T3 support group, and led integration/ infra cross projects.

From 2013 to 2015, Halperin worked as a Senior Operations Engineer at SundaySky, where they were responsible for deployment and maintenance of AWS cloud and hosting production environment, defining and integrating solutions for product/customer in a production environment, customer support, problem solving, scripting in bash, Python, batch, Linux, and Windows on AWS and hosting environments.

From 2008 to 2013, Halperin was employed at Comverse as a System Integration Team Leader and Integration Engineer. As a Team Leader, Halperin managed the integration process in large scale systems from requirement stage till installation on customer sites. As an Integration Engineer, Halperin was responsible for system of systems integration (HW and SW components) and developing automation for installation process.

From 2006 to 2008, Halperin worked as an Integration Engineer at ELTA, where they were responsible for system of systems integration (HW and SW components) and defining and developing installation process under hard security terms.

Yoav Halperin obtained a High School degree in Physics from Eshel Hanasi, Beer Sheva in 1996. Yoav then went on to pursue a B.sc in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they completed in 2005. In 2017, they began a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at The Open University of Israel, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In October 2022, they also obtained a certification in Becoming an Agile Coach from LinkedIn.
