Christian Grope

Christian Grope has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Christian started their career at Radio NRW GmbH in 2004 as a Freelance Producer and Journalist. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an intern Producer and Journalist at ARD - Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der BRD. In 2008, they joined Universität Siegen as a Research Associate. Christian then moved to EMI Music in 2009, where they worked as a Communication and Marketing Trainee. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Project Manager Communication at Red Bull Media House, leading CEO projects, developing communication strategies, and managing events. Christian then took on the role of Communication Manager at Red Bull Media House from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on internal and brand communication, content marketing, and employer branding. In 2015, Christian joined ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as a Communication Manager for a year. Christian then worked at OSRAM from 2016 to 2021 as a Digital Communication Expert. Currently, they are an Associate Director of Corporate Communications at MorphoSys, a position they have held since June 2021.

Christian Grope obtained a Master's Degree (diploma) in Media and Economics from the Universität Siegen from 2004 to 2009.
