Ekaterina Kuznetsova

Ekaterina Kuznetsova has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in different companies. In 2011, they worked for ANP Consulting as a Working Student in Financial Management & Accounting, where they supported the accounting team and implemented new accounting procedures. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Group Financial Accountant and Analyst at Renault, where they maintained ERP systems, prepared financial reports, and supported top management. Ekaterina then joined HAVI in 2015 as an Investment Controlling Specialist, responsible for reporting and analyzing financials, as well as evaluating potential M&A opportunities. Ekaterina also worked as a Strategic Controlling Trainee at HAVI, where they conducted competitor analysis and prepared strategy frameworks. In 2017, they became a Financial Operations Analyst at GP Strategies Ltd, where they performed reporting, implemented new processes and software, and conducted M&A analysis. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Vecor Limited as a Business Analyst, creating financial models, maintaining valuation models, and preparing marketing materials for fundraising. Currently, they hold the position of Manager Group FP&A at MorphoSys.

Ekaterina Kuznetsova began their education at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration (accounting, economic analysis, audit) between 2009 and 2013. Ekaterina later attended Rhine-Waal University from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance. Additionally, they have obtained a variety of certifications in different areas, including Miss Excel's Top Productivity Hacks from LinkedIn in 2023, SAP Business ByDesign from Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss GmbH & Co.KG in 2020, and Excel Crash Course from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in 2019, among others.
