Kelly Pitt

Kelly Pitt has over 12 years of experience in the legal and compliance field. Kelly is currently the Vice President, U.S. General Counsel and Head of U.S. Compliance at MorphoSys, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, U.S. General Counsel at MorphoSys from November 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining MorphoSys, Kelly worked at Mirati Therapeutics as an Executive Director, Commercial Legal and Compliance from March 2021 to November 2021. Kelly also has experience at Sobi - North America, where they served as a Senior Counsel from April 2019 to March 2021 and as Director, Legal and Compliance from September 2016 to April 2019.

Kelly's earlier roles include working as an Associate Director, Legal and Compliance at Akebia Therapeutics from June 2014 to September 2016, and as a Senior Manager, Contracts and Operations at EMD Serono, Inc. from June 2013 to June 2014 and as a Manager, Contracts and Operations from November 2011 to June 2013.

Kelly began their career as a Consulting Attorney at Huron Consulting Group from October 2010 to September 2011 and as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Arthur Vincent from October 2009 to May 2010.

Kelly Pitt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.
