Marlayna Urbanski

Marlayna Urbanski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marlayna is currently working at MorphoSys as a Human Resources Specialist, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company starting in July 2021.

Before joining MorphoSys, Marlayna worked at Cambridge Consultants as a Recruitment Coordinator from July 2019 to July 2021.

Marlayna also has experience working in education-related roles. Marlayna worked at EC Higher Education as a CRM Sales Support Specialist from 2018 to 2019. In these roles, they worked in various capacities such as Student Services & Operations Manager, International Admissions Manager, ESL Instructor, and Operations Manager.

Marlayna Urbanski attended Emerson College from 1995 to 1999, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree in Film.
