Rakesh Dadhania

Rakesh Dadhania has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research. Rakesh is currently employed as an Associate Director (Clinical Trial Lead) at MorphoSys since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Director at Quinary Clinical Research from January 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Quinary Clinical Research, Rakesh held the position of Associate Director- Clinical Operations at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from May 2013 to January 2020. In this role, they oversaw the outsourced trials for biosimilar molecules in the Clinical Development department of the Biologics Development Center.

Prior to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Rakesh worked at Manipal Acunova from October 2007 to May 2013, where they held several roles including Head- Clinical Operations, Head- Project Management, Senior Project Manager-Clinical Trials, and Project Manager-Clinical Trials. In these positions, they were responsible for staff resourcing, utilization, revenue forecast, and line management of project management staff.

Rakesh's career started at Lambda Therapeutic Research in July 2002, where they worked as a Clinical Research Associate for over a year. Rakesh gained experience in Good Clinical Practice and was involved in conducting internal standards of bioavailability and bioequivalence studies for various clients.

Rakesh Dadhania's education history begins with their high school education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, where they completed their 12th-grade studies in science in 1994. Rakesh then went on to pursue a Diploma of Pharmacy at Saurashtra University, Rajkot, from 1994 to 1996 at B K Modi Pharmacy College. Following this, they attended K. B. Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research in Gandhinagar, where they obtained their B Pharmacy degree in the field of Pharmacy from 1996 to 2000.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Rakesh enrolled in Gujarat University to pursue an M Pharmacy degree in Pharmacology. Rakesh completed this degree program from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Rakesh Dadhania has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include "Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch" from LinkedIn in May 2023, "edX Honor Code Certificate for Communicating Strategically" from edX in April 2015, "Communicating Strategically" from edX in March 2015, and an "edX Honor Code Certificate for Communicating Strategically" also in March 2015. Rakesh attended the ISCR conference in 2015 at Gurgaon, New Delhi and obtained a certification called "Attended ISCR conference 2015 at Gurgaon, New Delhi" in February 2015.
