Mark North has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Mark currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Morressier, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, North served as the Global Talent Manager (Contract) at Morressier from April 2021 to October 2021. In this role, North was responsible for working with the leadership team to shape the hiring strategy around the company's growth and for hiring across tech and non-tech talent globally.
Before joining Morressier, North worked as the Global Talent Partner (Contract) at Zigzag Associates Ltd from October 2020 to April 2021. In this role, North headed up the internal recruitment function across the UK, US, Singapore, and China. Their focus was on building strong relationships and hiring exceptional people within the pharmaceutical industry.
North also served as an Advisory Board Member (Voluntary Work) at The FIRM (The Forum for In-house Recruitment Managers) from August 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they provided advice and guidance on various aspects of talent acquisition and management.
Additionally, North served as the Talent Acquisition Lead (Contract) at Made Tech from July 2019 to April 2020 and as the Talent Acquisition & External Communications Manager at DCK Group from April 2018 to July 2019.
