Charlotte Hughes

Charlotte Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Charlotte began their career in 2012 as a Finance Administrator at Mitie's Mihomecare division. In 2014, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Morrinson Wealth Management LLP. Charlotte then joined Altus Focus Delta in 2015, starting as a Senior Paraplanner and later transitioning into an Interim Manager role. In 2016, Charlotte became the Head of Operations at Alliance Pictor. Charlotte then moved to Morrinson Wealth in 2018, initially serving as the Head of Paraplanning and currently holding the position of Head of Operations since July 2022.

Charlotte Hughes attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Business Information Systems. Prior to university, they attended South East Essex College from 2007 to 2009, focusing on A Levels. Their secondary education took place at St. Peters High School from 2002 to 2007, where they completed their GCSEs.
