Layne Martin

Layne Martin has a strong background in pharmaceuticals and supply chain management. Layne has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as Morris & Dickson Co., LLC, Medly Pharmacy, Alto Pharmacy, and McKesson. In their current role as the Head of Specialty Sourcing & Strategy at Morris & Dickson, Layne is responsible for leading the development and rollout of the specialty pharmaceutical segment of the organization. Layne oversees the purchasing function, creates innovative models to drive value in the marketplace, and leads the manufacturer-facing business development and account management function. Layne also has extensive experience at McKesson, where they served as Vice President & General Manager - Specialty Distribution Services. In this position, they managed buy-side deals, delivered significant operating profit, and built strategic partnerships. Throughout their career, Layne has demonstrated expertise in finance, consulting, and audit services, making him a well-rounded professional in the pharmaceutical industry.

Layne Martin attended Luther College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
