From February 1995 to January 2013, Manish worked at General Motors, where responsibilities included Plant Manager, leading all operations at the Halol Plant, and driving Built In Quality across product development and delivery. Their career began at Maruti Udyog Limited from August 1991 to February 1995, where roles included Executive- Maintenance Press and Project Engineer. Manish holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jadavpur University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
