Noelle Reznik has a diverse work experience spanning across various educational institutions. Noelle started their career as a Teacher at Ascension Parish School Board in 2001. Noelle then moved on to work as an Instructor at University Laboratory School from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they served as a Teacher at Calcasieu Parish School Board from 2007 to 2008 and as a Master Teacher at St. Bernard Parish Schools from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Noelle worked at NOCCA - New Orleans Center for Creative Arts as an Educator and Life Changer.
