Jim Bollibon has extensive experience in civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental services, with a career spanning over four decades. As Past President of Morris Knowles & Associates, Inc., Bollibon has overseen business and technical operations, focusing on business development, project management, and employee management since 1978. Under Bollibon's leadership, the firm relocated from Downtown Pittsburgh in 2004 to accommodate expansion and enhance client services. Prior to this, Bollibon was a Retiring Partner on the Board of Managers at Hammontree & Associates, Ltd., where business planning and management were key responsibilities from 2000 to 2019. Early career experience includes serving as a Civil Design Engineer at Northwest Engineers Inc., working on municipal, water, and wastewater projects. Bollibon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh, completed between 1974 and 1977.
