Nick Pattillo

Nick Pattillo is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Morrison, a prominent alternative asset manager since March 2020. Prior to this role, Nick held significant positions at TAL Australia from July 2013 to March 2020, including General Manager of People & Culture during the integration of Suncorp Life and leading the People & Culture Business Partner Team. Nick has also been the Head of HR Operations APAC at Bank of New York Mellon, General Manager of HR for Wealth Division at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Head of HR at Bovis Lend Lease International. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Westpac and ANZ, as well as positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Kingfisher. Nick's educational background includes degrees from Stanford University, University of Oxford, and Cardiff University, with a focus on Strategic Human Resources, Change Management, and Business Administration.
