Rachel Watts is a highly experienced HR Manager with a strong background in human resources and office administration. Currently serving at Syntura since August 2020, Rachel excels in planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities while leading talent acquisition and people management efforts. Previously, Rachel held the positions of Office Manager and HR Executive at Syntura from July 2011 to September 2018, managing office facilities and overseeing the complete employee life cycle.
