Mary Cook

Mary Cook is an experienced public health and wellness professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Direct Support Provider at Morrison Center of Maine since June 2023, previous roles include Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist at MaineHealth and Public Health Emergency Preparedness Manager at both Seacoast Public Health Network and Lamprey Health Care Inc. In earlier positions, Cook has coordinated public health emergency response efforts, developed health hazard response plans for the City of Portsmouth, and directed health and safety services for the American Red Cross. Educational credentials include a Master's in Education with a focus on Health Promotion and Wellness Management from Plymouth State University and a Bachelor's in Business Education from Notre Dame College.
