Martin Pugh

Martin Pugh has extensive work experience in various roles within the construction industry. Martin started their career as a Commercial Director for major international building contractors in 1980. Martin later served as a PFI Director at Mowlem plc, leading successful bids and winning over £600 million of work. In 2006, they joined Balfour Beatty Capital as a Bid Director and eventually became the London Operations Director, overseeing three Local Education Partnerships Businesses for three London Authorities. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Commercial Manager at Electricity North West Ltd. After that, they worked as a Bid/Commercial Director at HRL Morrison & Co. Currently, Martin Pugh is self-employed as a Director since 2019.
