Jason Gottlieb

Jason Gottlieb is a legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory enforcement and litigation. Currently serving as Partner and Chair of the Digital Assets Department and White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement Group at Morrison Cohen LLP since March 2016, Gottlieb specializes in areas including securities, commodities and futures, cryptocurrency, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and intellectual property. Previously, Gottlieb held the position of Counsel at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP from June 2009 to March 2016 and worked as an Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from September 2001 to June 2009.
